These Terms of Service apply to your use of usastandard.us and orders placed with USA Standard through this store. Please read them before ordering. Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of the terms of your purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
This store offers dietary supplements. Products and policies on other websites are separate; a link to another website does not make its products or terms part of your order here.
2. Eligibility and Product Use
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. Provide accurate order and contact information, and order only where purchasing and receiving the product is lawful.

5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

A request is not confirmation that an order has been cancelled or a return authorized; wait for the support team’s response and return instructions.
Nothing in these Terms or the linked policies removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods. Contacting support does not waive any right to raise a payment dispute.
6. Accounts and Communications
If you use an account, keep its login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Order and support messages relate to the service you request; accepting these Terms is not consent to unrelated marketing.
