Bee bread is one of the hive’s most distinctive foods. Bees collect pollen, mix it with nectar and their own secretions, and pack it into honeycomb cells, where it naturally ferments over time. The result is a unique whole-food ingredient that bees store as nourishment for the colony. Each serving of this formula delivers 700 mg of bee bread extract from naturally fermented pollen.

To round out the formula, we added 48 mg of vitamin C per serving. Vitamin C is an essential nutrient that supports normal immune function and helps the body form collagen.* As an antioxidant, it also helps protect cells from normal oxidative stress.* Because the body doesn’t make or store vitamin C, it needs a steady daily supply from food or supplements.

The formula is kept simple: two active ingredients in a plant-based hypromellose capsule, with no added fillers.
