Each serving delivers 125 mcg of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, which helps the body absorb calcium and supports normal muscle and immune function.* Calcium, provided as 210 mg of calcium carbonate, helps build and maintain strong bones and teeth.* Vitamin K2, provided as 100 mcg of menaquinone-7 (MK-7), helps activate proteins involved in normal bone mineralization and supports cardiovascular health.*
